Sturdy and functional executive chairs must be comfortable first and foremost, in order to enable good posture while seated; the heights can thus be adjusted using a gas pump. The body is created in plywood or with a steel profile and is upholstered in leather or suitable breathable material. The backrest is high or with a headrest and includes an adjustable lumbar support and relaxation mechanism. The seat is equipped with a motion system that adjusts its distance from the backrest and, to ensure maximum comfort, is padded with micro–springs or Technogel®, which moulds to the body of the user offering an extraordinary pressure distribution.

Executive chairs may be equipped with fixed or adjustable armrests. These offer the following: 2D (height and width); 3D (including the rotation of armrest tops); 4D (including the front-back motion of armrest tops). Wheels are self-braking and are provided with soft treads for hard surfaces (wood, marble and tile).
