Aresline for Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
We are the first Italian company in the office and collective spaces furniture production sector to obtain the UNI/PdR 125 certification for gender equality and the ISO 30415 statement for diversity and inclusion.

- UNI/PdR 125 is a certification that promotes and assesses gender equality in organizations, both public and private, through standards developed by the Ente Italiano di Normazione (UNI).

- ISO 30415 statement attests to an organization’s commitment to managing diversity and inclusion, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
An integrated management model for quality and inclusion
Thanks to these standards, we have implemented our Management System, which already includes well-established standards such as: ISO 9001 for quality; ISO 14001 for environmental management; ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. An integrated approach that allows us to combine quality, environment, safety, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, positioning us as a virtuous example.
The value of gender equality and inclusion
We are a company that has always aimed to enhance the skills of all employees, regardless of gender or cultural background. For this reason, it was a confirmation for us to have successfully achieved one of the main goals of the UNI/PdR 125 certification: equal career opportunities and treatment for all employees, as suggested by the performance indicator (KPI) for monitoring corporate policies on gender equality.
Diversity and inclusion in all aspects
With the adoption of ISO 30415, we are committed to creating an increasingly inclusive work environment. This standard covers a wide range of aspects related to diversity and inclusion, from corporate governance to workforce management, ensuring that every individual, regardless of gender, origin, or orientation, feels valued and respected.
Concrete initiatives for real change
To give more substance to these achievements, we have already initiated a series of actions, including:
- Empowerment training for women, with programs aimed at enhancing women’s skills, particularly in technical and production sectors;
- Structured welfare, with benefits that promote a balance between work and personal life;
- Flexible working hours, to facilitate the reconciliation of professional and personal commitments;
- Internal policies against harassment and discrimination, to prevent inappropriate behavior and ensure a safe and respectful work environment;
- Sponsorship of specific events, to promote dialogue on issues related to equality and inclusion.
A look towards the future
For the future, our commitment to diversity and inclusion continues through new initiatives aimed at improving the work environment and promoting a corporate culture based on respect for differences and the integration of skills.
We hope to be a model for companies in the sector, demonstrating that a management approach focused on gender equality and inclusion not only creates well-being for employees but also contributes to the success of the company itself and our society.
