On Friday, July 11, 2025, we officially inaugurated our new headquarters in Thiene (Vicenza), right in the heart of the Venice manufacturing district. This new cutting-edge production center represents not only a significant evolution for our company but also a true statement of our business philosophy: a bold move, a message of confidence, a dream turned into reality.
The new Aresline headquarters covers a total area of 22,400 sqm, including 10,000 sqm of built space. Of this, 2,300 sqm are dedicated to offices, showroom, staff canteen, cafeteria, gym, and relaxation area. The building features a contemporary and refined design: black on the outside, black and white on the inside, with large glass surfaces that enhance natural light and create a strong connection between the architecture and its surroundings.
A sustainable and Innovative Project
Construction began in January 2024 and was completed in just 18 months.
The building is designed to be fully energy self-sufficient, thanks to a 300 kW photovoltaic system installed on micro-shed roofs.
State-of-the-art thermal and acoustic insulation ensures maximum comfort while minimizing energy consumption. The rainwater management system — with 60,000-liter draining trenches and two retention basins — helps protect the local environment and prevent flooding.
Special attention was given to air quality and the overall healthiness of indoor spaces:
- In the production area, air is distributed through micro-perforated ducts, ensuring uniform temperature and comfort throughout the space.
- In the office area, temperature control is handled by a radiant ceiling system, while humidity and air quality are maintained by a recirculation system that continuously filters the air, partially renews it with fresh outdoor air, and dehumidifies it before reintroducing it.
Moreover, the porcelain stoneware floors in the offices are treated with a photocatalytic coating (titanium dioxide and silver), capable of eliminating viruses, bacteria, pollutants, and the main odor-causing molecules.
