The Asam Hall is located within the 17th-century palace of the same name in Freising, now a center for art and culture in the heart of Freising, Germany.
Starting in 2017, the building underwent a meticulous restoration, which also involved the theater hall. Among the interventions carried out were the complete refurbishment of the flooring, which was slightly elevated to improve visibility of the last rows, and the installation of a height-adjustable orchestra platform in front of the stage.
For the hall's furnishings, Aresline supplied Metropolitan chairs, featuring soft, minimalist lines that blend perfectly with the historical setting. Additionally, the chairs in the first two rows of the stalls are removable to allow for an expansion of the orchestra space when needed.
