The Politecnico di Torino (Polytechnic University of Turin) boasts a long tradition of over 150 years that has led to it becoming one of the top technical universities in Italy and the world. Thousands of Omnia benches were installed, but no specific project was undertaken, except for one: the lecture theatre in the complex set aside for the conference area was named after the illustrious entrepreneur from Piedmont, Giovanni Agnelli.
